Douglas A. Reichert, L.P.C., Program Director
Doug Reichert has been the agency’s Program Director since 2005. He holds a Master’s degree and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. In addition to his work at two previous partial care programs, Mr. Reichert has held a number leadership positions since 1990 in such settings as psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient programs and in residential treatment.

Spiros A. Malaspina, M.D., Supervising Psychiatrist
Spiros Malaspina, M.D. has been the agency’s Consulting Psychiatrist since 2007.He graduated from Emory Medical School in Atlanta and did his Psychiatry Residence at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Over the past twenty years Dr. Malaspina has served as a psychiatrist, consultant and/or member of the teaching faculty of several behavioral health organizations. Outside of his work at Crossroads he serves as a staff psychiatrist at Hampton Hospital in Westhampton, NJ. |

Patricia O'Neill, MSN, APRN, CS, BC, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse
Patricia O’Neill has been the agency’s Advanced Practice Nurse since 2004. Ms. O’Neill holds Master’s degrees in both Nursing and Business Administration. She has worked in medical nursing for many years before becoming a Board Certified Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist over ten years ago. Ms. O’Neill currently provides psychiatric consultation to nursing facilities and has a private practice in addition to her work with Crossroads. |

Stacie K. Byers, L.P.C., Intake Coordinator
Stacie has been with Crossroads since February of 2008. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgian Court University. She recently passed the licensure exam and will become a Licensed Professional Counselor. She worked as a member of the P.A.C.T. Team for C.P.C. in Monmouth County and as a Clinical Supervisor for the New Hope Foundation Drug and Alcohol Rehab Center in Marlboro. Stacie was also a Mental Health Associate for Saint Barnabas Behavioral Health Center (formerly Shoreline Behavioral Health) in Toms River, and held a position as a Discharge Coordinator for Riverview Hospital in Red Bank.

Michael T. DiMarco, Director of Admissions
Michael DiMarco has been with Crossroads since 2005. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a Concentration in Finance from Rutgers University. Michael’s expertise is in marketing and was a regional
wholesaler for an asset management firm and a leasing & finance corporation prior to coming to Crossroads. He is responsible for Admission’s, Marketing & Public Relations, Private Insurance Contracts and
Information Technology at Crossroads.
