Crossroads Partial Care Program was established on September 1, 2004. Our program started with a small client population of Atlantic County residents in 2004. The actual partial care program was housed in a 10,000 square foot facility at our current location. Since January of 2009, the program now occupies approximately 16,000 square foot of space in its new expanded facility at the same address and are now catering to all surrounding counties such as Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean and Salem.
Crossroads Partial Care Program has also expanded from a purely Medicaid Insurance based service in 2004, to becoming an in-network provider for Magellan Health Services, Independence Blue Cross, AmeriHealth, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NJ, Managed Health Network, CIGNA Behavioral Heath and The Health Care Payers Coalition of New Jersey as well as several other self insured unions and private providers. In that same time we have also expanded our programs hours from daily services Monday through Friday to also include select weekends and regular evenings hours.
